About Thomas Karol

Born and raised between Dallas and Boston, Thomas moved to the city in 2018. Hopping off the graduation stage at Tufts University and onto the train to NYC, Thomas could not wait to be a New Yorker. After a four-year career in Luxury Fashion and Client Development, Thomas brings his passion for product and love for design to Real Estate. He is inspired by New York’s vast array of architecture and the endless possibilities of the big city.

 

Having taken the plunge to be a homeowner himself, Thomas understands both the challenges and rewards of finding a home. He has a discerning eye for aesthetics, and he is committed to making sure his clients have the best experience possible. Due to the nature of his background, he is committed to bringing a luxury experience to all transactions however big or small.

 

Thomas resides in Gramercy Park and has a passion for bringing together the old and the new. He loves the charm of a pre-war coop as much as a new development with skyline views. He can be spotted trying every local coffee shop and looking at as much art as possible. Thomas is also an avid runner and loves to explore the city on foot.
